New EKAL Youth Chapter seeking funds to broaden impact and support first youth-led event.
Hi all, we are the EKAL Youth RTP Chapter Leaders. Our new chapter has aspiring goals to spread awareness in the Carolinas, and not only raise funds, but motivate others to join our selfless efforts. When we first discovered EKAL, our eyes were open to the education disparities in India, especially for underpriveleged communities. Living in the US, education seems like it should be a right, but it's a privelege. Seeing how little others have has inspired us to start a youth chapter in our community. We are in need of funds for our first youth-led event, which is a Black Tie Event celebrating major donors. From this event, we plan to attract funds for atleast 5 schools. We hope that our first event is a success, so we can continue making an impact in the future!
